Express post is available at the checkout and an additional fee will be added to your order.

What is our SHIPPING and RETURNS POLICY?

Shipping:

  • All orders are shipped with 48 hours of purchase weekdays
  • Orders over $150 are shipped standard for FREE through Australia Post
  • Orders below $150 cost $9 for standard shipping
  • Express Shipping on all orders is $15
  • Orders with Australia have a delivery time between 2 to 7 days
  • Orders to New Zealand deliver with 5 to 10 of shipping.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our four return conditions are met and items are not marked FINAL SALE :

  • Item(s) were purchased within the last 14 days and proof of purchase can be provided
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
  • Item(s) were not marked ‘SALE’ or had been marked down at the time of purchase. Please note, SALE items can only be returned for an exchange of items to equal or lesser value or a credit note and must still fall under other standing terms and conditions such as 14 day return policy.
    No refunds on SALE items will be issued.
  • You have advised us of your return by emailing the store. You will find these details below.
  • Please note: FINAL SALE items cannot be returned and are non-refundable

RETURN TO STORE 
Online orders can be returned or exchanged in store. Proof of online purchase is required.

 

RETURN BY POST

Once you have notified us in store of your return, mail your order back to the below address for a refund, credit note of exchange. Items must be back in store within 7 days of your return request lodgement.
 
If you require another size or style, please advise staff at the time of your return request.
 
No return slip is required.
Please just ensure your unique order number and full name as it appears on the order is written on the outside of the return satchel.
 
We use this to identify your return when it reaches our warehouse, so without this information we may not be able to identify it and process the return.

Please note: All returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending stock back for a refund. We do not offer a free return service.

Product Care:

  • Before stepping out, protect from water absorption and marks by applying a quality waterproofing spray.
  • To remove dry dirt marks, use a suede/nubuck brush and brush in the same direction. You can also use a leather cleaner such as Jason Markk with a soft bristle brush to remove any dirt.
  • After cleaning, waterproof again as cleaning will strip any protective layers.
