Returns and Store Policies
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our four return conditions are met and items are not marked FINAL SALE :
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 14 days and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) were not marked ‘SALE’ or had been marked down at the time of purchase. Please note, SALE items can only be returned for an exchange of items to equal or lesser value or a credit note and must still fall under other standing terms and conditions such as 14 day return policy.
No refunds on SALE items will be issued. - You have advised us of your return by emailing the store. You will find these details below.
- Please note: FINAL SALE items cannot be returned and are non-refundable
- Items are received in store no later than 7 days of return request lodgement.

Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as we will not accept returns for change of mind or exchanges for the following items due to our Health & Hygiene Policy (unless the item is faulty):
- Underwear and any items without a hygiene seal (for example swimwear bikini bottoms and one-pieces);
- Cosmetics, makeup and any beauty products or tools;
- Headwear;

Online orders can be returned or exchanged in store. Proof of online purchase is required.
