Care: How to clean your HOFF City Sneaker Santa Marta in 4 steps
- Utilise a water-based protector spray, which will prevent stains and moisture, thus preserving colour and quality. We recommend its use every month or two months after every time you put on your zapatilla.
- With a soft bristle brush, gently scrub your shoes. If necessary, use water and a mild cleaner on technical materials only, avoiding the leather.
3. Laces treatment
- Remove the laces and wash them in the washing machine along with your regular clothes.
- IMPORTANT: Remember never to put your shoes in the washing machine.
4. Drying and care of soles
- Let the shoes air dry for at least 24 hours. Remove extra moisture with toilet paper or a towel and place paper balls inside to keep the shape. Clean the soles with a damp cloth or brush to preserve their appearance.

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our four return conditions are met and items are not marked FINAL SALE :
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 14 days and proof of purchase can be provided
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
- Item(s) were not marked ‘SALE’ or had been marked down at the time of purchase. Please note, SALE items can only be returned for an exchange of items to equal or lesser value or a credit note and must still fall under other standing terms and conditions such as 14 day return policy.
No refunds on SALE items will be issued. - You have advised us of your return by emailing the store. You will find these details below.
- Please note: FINAL SALE items cannot be returned and are non-refundable
- Items are received in store no later than 7 days of return request lodgement.
