We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our four return conditions are met and items are not marked FINAL SALE :

  • Item(s) were purchased within the last 14 days and proof of purchase can be provided
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached
  • Item(s) were not marked ‘SALE’ or had been marked down at the time of purchase. Please note, SALE items can only be returned for an exchange of items to equal or lesser value or a credit note and must still fall under other standing terms and conditions such as 14 day return policy.

RETURN TO STORE 
Online orders can be returned or exchanged in store. Proof of online purchase is required.

 

RETURN BY POST

Once you have notified us in store of your return, mail your order back to the below address for a refund, credit note of exchange. Items must be back in store within 7 days of your return request lodgement.
 
If you require another size or style, please advise staff at the time of your return request.
 
No return slip is required.
Please just ensure your unique order number and full name as it appears on the order is written on the outside of the return satchel.
 
We use this to identify your return when it reaches our warehouse, so without this information we may not be able to identify it and process the return.

  • Sleeve Length - Measured from high point of the shoulder to sleeve hem.
  • Hem Width - Measured flat across the bottom hem, from edge to edge.
  • Front Length - Measured from the high point of the shoulder down to the hem.

These measurements are taken directly from the garment pattern.
Chest, sleeve length, hem width, and front length are measured flat (on the half) — please double these for full circumference.
While we take care to ensure consistency, slight variations may occur due to the nature of the fabric and the construction of each piece.
Use these measurements as a guide to help determine your best fit.
